Cant get premium

I just can't get Spotify to suscribe me to premium. I've had it for more than a year now and for some reason last month it said it had a problem and i was switched back to a free account.

I've tried to pay with two different credit cards from different banks and it just says there was an error. I also tried from a new account but it wont work.

I don't know what else to do.

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also, you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
