Can you try redeeming your gift card here, using a different browser or a private/incognito window?

If your gift card still isn't working, I would then recommend following the suggestions provided in this support article, under "Not working?"

If the issue persists, can you attach a screenshot of the error message you're seeing? Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting on the Community.
