My Question or Issue

I have Family premium and want to cancel it to just premium, help would be gratefully received

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community 🙂

 

When you want to switch to a Premium subscription, you can follow these steps. The changes should take effect from your next billing date. 

 

If you receive an error message, you can always send us a screenshot of it. Just make sure to cover all sensitive info. We'll look into this further.
