Change billing day?

Hi so I got charged £9.99 today, however I need the payment day changed for the 28th onwards.
How would I go about this without getting charged twice? Can I just cancel the subscription today and go back on premium tomorrow? What will happen with the £9.99 I've paid today and will I get charged tomorrow or next month? Thanks

Hey @KoRnyGx! Great to hear you already found this help document before I linked it for you. 🙂

 

To clarify, you shouldn't be charged twice since Spotify will only charge you when your current Premium time runs out. So for instance, if your Premium is good until the 15th of August and you cancel your subscription today, but then re-subscribe on the 7th of August, you shouln't be charged again until the 15th.

 

Your best option would be to cancel your current Premium subscription now, then re-subscribe on the day you'd like to be billed on in the future. Please let me know if this clears things up, or if I can try explaining it a little better for you. 🙂
