Change my account to Duo, but my wife can't join....Spotify says email attached to another account

Can you try sending your wife another invite following these steps? Then, when she accepts, ask her to do so using a different browser or private window to avoid any conflicts. 

If she still gets this error message, can you send me a screenshot of what is shown when she tries to accept it? Mak sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
