Change payment method

Change payment method

Switching banks is bad enough, but when someone like Spotify makes it almost impossible to update your credit card info it makes me want to scream.  I have been trying for several days to update my info.  The update payment method is a dead link, and hitt8ng update under my existing card info just returns me to the same page telling me  need to update my payment method.  I cannot find any other way to get to the page to add, change, etc. a new card.  Another 24 hours of this and Spotify and I will part ways.

If your still during the middle of the month of service, try updating your payment method from this link. We suggest that you try it from a computer, using a Google Chrome incognito window if possible.

 

If you're unable to do it, you can also cancel the renewal of the subscription with these steps and wait for your account to go back to the Free service. Once that happens, you'll be able to resubscribe with a new card.
