Change to Premium Student

Change to Premium Student

I'm in Sweden, and trying to change my plan from Premium to Premium Student.

 

When I enter my billing information, it says it's "having a bad day" and to try again later. Only problem is, I've been trying all week already. And it's the same card it withdraws from every month so I don't see what the problem is, only the plan needs to change not the card.

 

Help anyone?

Can you make sure your payment card meets the requirements at https://support.spotify.com/article/problems-paying-for-spotify-by-card/? We'd recommend trying to subscribe using a different browser or an incognito window.

I just tried in a different browser and with incognito, that didn't work either. The only thing on that list I didn't try is calling my bank, because I've never had this problem before.

 

Why can't my plan just be changed with the same billing information?
