My Question or Issue

 

good day. as you have seen in the screenshot. I have a monthly subscription until 12/07/2018. however I decided to change the payment by annually. however in my account it is not reflecting otherwise. I clicked the go to premium button and it's indicating that I'll be charged Php129.00 after 12/07/2018 when in fact I already subscribed annually

When you apply a year of Premium to your account, it won't activate until your current Premium days expire. It might look like you will be charged but instead the year will apply itself and you won't be charged for 12 months 🙂
