Changing Auto Pay Credit Card

My Question or Issue:

 

My Visa credit card company issued me a new credit card because I was the victim of fraud.  The actual card takes up to six days to receive and I haven't received it or the new credit card number yet.  In the mean time, I added my Master Charge card to auto pay on 05/12 to my Spotify account to replace my Visa credit card.  My next billing cycle due date is 05/22 (10 days from my credit card update).  Will my Spotify account renew on auto pay with the new Master Charge credit card or, will my account expire for want of payment because there's not enough time to change my auto pay credit card within 10 days of my credit card update? 

 

Is there a customer support contact number?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Spotify will use the latest payment method you provided for payments. It doesn't matter if you change it two hours before the charge or 2 weeks 🙂


As soon as you provide a new payment method, the old one gets removed.

 

Lastly, Spotify does not provide support over the phone. 🙂
