Hi,

1-) I've canceled my credit card and I haven't got that new card. How many days later my premium account downgraded to free?

 

2-) Is it possible to getting family subscribtion again after downgraded to free account type?

Hi @do7urden and welcome to the Community! 🙂

When you log into your account page it should display a date when your subscription will expire.
If you do get downgraded to free before you are able to activate your new payment, you can always sign up for Family Premium again. There's a Family support FAQ located here as well if you run into any issues.

Actually there isn't any expire date. I'm adding screenshot at attachment. Probably payment method failed caused this. Like I mentioned before I've changed my card and haven't got new one so I can't be able update my payment for a while. Is there any rule for how many days after I'll lose my subscribtion?
