I currently have a family premium Account, but want to change to Duo.

Hi @BorisBuz,

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

If you change your plan from Premium Family to Premium Duo, the accounts of the other members from your Premium Family plan will revert to the free service at your next billing date (which you can view on your account page). At that time, you'll be able to invite a member to your new Premium Duo plan, by following these steps

No worries, Spotify users keep their same accounts with all of their playlists, saved music, and settings no matter which plan they switch to or from. So even though the other members' accounts will revert to the free service after you switch from Premium Family to Premium Duo, they won’t lose any of this content, and they can still log in and play music with ads.

Note, however, that since downloading music for offline listening is a Premium feature, the other members of the Premium Family plan won’t be able to listen to music offline once their accounts have reverted to the free service (unless they re-subscribe to another Premium plan).

Also note that members can only switch between different Premium Family or Premium Duo plans once in 12 months.

Let me know if you have any other questions, and have a good day!

Am I able to change to a Duo plan if my daughter is the plan manager. I pay the account

Hi @Leemcc281,

Depending on which account you'd like to have as the plan manager for the Premium Duo plan, you can either directly switch to Premium Duo by following these steps; or you can cancel the Premium Family plan, wait until all accounts from it revert to the free service at the next billing date, and then start a new Premium Duo plan from the other account (setting it up by following these steps).
