Changing country from US to UK not working

I have moved to the UK from the US and trying to input my new card details into the payment option so it can change country, this shows an error. 

I have followed the online help steps of doing the payment details update first and still cannot get my Premium subscrition to change over. Please help!

As a note, the subscrition details of my account have my country selection greyed out so I can not change it from their either.

I had to call the online chat team to fix this. In the end I cancelled my subscription and then on the last day of the payment I will login to update my payment optinons to go back to Premium.
