My Question or Issue
Recently, I've been receiving a notification from my carrier, Globe Telecoms, telling me that it will be removed as a payment method on Spotify. This message says I need to update my payment method and suggests GCash or another payment method to continue my subscription.
However, I have been trying to look for GCash as an option on my Spotify account, but I could not find it. Does anyone know how to solve this one?

Firstly, it's okay if the users who got the informative message but don't use Globe as a payment method on Spotify, dismiss it and don't take any additional action.
When it comes to the GCash option not appearing, I checked here on my side and found it. You can manage your current subscription and change the payment method, by following the steps of this official support article:
If you cannot find GCash, I recommend waiting until your account reverts to the Free tier and starting a new subscription using GCash or another preferred payment method.

Is this message referring to PayPal or Globe? If it's to Globe, there is nothing to worry about, considering you said you use PayPal as a payment method.

I'm also getting the same message too but I'm paying using my credit card and not thru globe? Should I just ignore the message?
I pay by credit card. I received this message on my phone today. No other message. Why is this happening?
Same issue wherein when I tried to change my payment details from Globe to Gcash, the only payment methods I have are debit/credit card & paypal. I found no solution from Spotify as they said that I can only pay via whichever method that appears under my account page. So what I did was cancel my plan, then just renew and I was able to link my gcash account. Hope this helps those updating their payment from Globe to Gcash.

You need to activate you GCash virtual card, this feature had been available for quite a while now...

I got a notification saying to change my payment from Globe to GCash or my Premium will be canceled. But I do not use Globe as a payment I use a Visa Card specifically a GCash Visa Card. Under my account it says that payment is active and will be charged on the usual date. I am confused what to do.

In this case, wait until your payment date, and see if it goes through. If it doesn't, delete your payment info, and add it again to pay your subscription.
