Changing payment doesn't work

Hi,

 

I tried to change the bank account of which the monthly fee is being paid off. I already did it twice and Spotify took the 0.01 cent of my other bank bankaccount but yet every month I still pay with the old bank account. Why doesn't it change? I did it with Ideal and they are two different banks.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

Have you tried to change your payment method using an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
