Charged $10.68 twice in one month while on student subscription at 4.99/ month

I was charged 10.68 twice this month, in a matter of 2 days. Also, I'm subscribed to Spotify as a student. I am still active in college and under the impression I would only be charged 4.99 plus tax once per month.

I just went back in my credit card history to check how long I've been charged 10.68 / month for my STUDENT account. Without my consent, your company changed my account from a discounted student account to a regular premium account. From August 2016 through March 2017, I was properly charged $5.33/month. Since April 2017, I have been charged 10.68/month. I did NOT verify these extra charges to my account.
