So the article does not answer my question. I saw the ad about 3 month free
trial and tried it and said I am not eligible for the trial. And without
saying anything spotify charged me immediately, which I don’t want. So
please give me other way to get my money back.

As you've said, you aren't able to redeem the free trial, but even after know that, have you subscribed yourself to the Premium plan?

There is no way that Spotify sent you a bill if you didn't subscribed to any Premium plan. If you didn't subscribed to Spotify Premium plans, but was charged, I suggest that you check if you have any other accounts on Spotify and their status. And please, let me know your country just to get more info about your issue.

If you have any other further questions or need more help, let me know! I'd love to help!

No, I know how to read and tap on the button on my phone screen, so the
answer is “No” I don’t have any premium subscription in my account. I don’t
understand why you are asking something unrelated matters on this issue. If
I had premium subscription, why would I bother requesting this and going
through all the hassle?

Hey again, @syk0012

I'm just trying to get all the possible information that can help me to trace some possibilities to solve your issue. So, considering that we didn't find any account with a current Premium subscription, could you contact your bank or card operator to get more information about the charge and if it's just an authorization charge or a payment charge?
