Hello there ! So this morning I saw that I was charged 6x for this months subscription 5x on one card and once on another if we can fix that, that would be great
I had to cancel my debit card a while ago, so last night I tried to put in my new one and it said error but that I wouldn't be changed turns out I did get charged sooo I need help now, I tweeted and DMed you guys on twitter too I just need this solved please

Please wait some time before you get a reply from Spotify Staff. It can take up to 72 hours to get a reply if the staff has many tickets, but it usually replies within a day.
