My Question or Issue

Hi!

I was looking at my monthly bill and noticed that I was being billed by Spotify for my premium subscription every month and also every 3 months. I have two bills on December 12th? I only have one account and have used the same one since 2012.

I’m sorry to hear this. Spotify only charges once a month, for your Premium subscription. You’re able to keep track of all payments and transactions made by Spotify by checking your Receipts page. If you don’t see the additional charge that you mentioned, please follow all of the steps provided in this support page.
