Charged Thrice At Once!

Hello Spotify Team!

So to begin with, I decided to get Spotify Premium for Students today and tried getting it through my Android phone (OnePlus 3). But whenever (3 times) I would land on the Student Verification Page where you have to "Choose a File", it wouldn't work. So I exited back and tried again 3 times but to no luck. Later on, I tried doing it on my Laptop and it worked. But when I logged-in to my bank account I saw that I was charged 3 times at my card.

I request you to refund me the 2 previous charges as soon as possible as I wasn't able to get Premium then. I love you guys but if you could help me on this issue then you will have a loyal customer for ages.

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community! I’m afraid, however, that we can’t help you with refunds here in the Community.

You’ll need to get in touch with the great folks over at the Spotify Support Team directly about getting a refund! You can shoot them a message through this page. Make sure to select the correct reason from the menu 🙂

You should receive back an email from Spotify Support with the subject line “Spotify Case #” followed by a string of numbers. If you receive a reply directing you to the community, send a reply email to that address regardless of if it’s no-reply 🙂
