I understand this customer service model and I think it's great in general, but it's VERY FRUSTRATING when I have an issue that can't be resolved in the community and I still can't contact someone from the company. It would be so awesome to have a stinkin email address I could write to after the community doesn't work.

 

I'm being charged twice for the Premium account to two different bank accounts. I've gone through all the steps on the FAQ about being charged twice. The receipts page is 404. Both charges go through; neither disappears after "pending". It's been two months of double charge, and the subcriptions page says I'm just being charged for one. There's no-one else using my information to pay for their Spotify account.

 

What now?
