Charged but still not premium

Hi. I just joined spotify this May. I tried to sign up to the premium account several times using a debit card. I tried the usual one where they charge Php129.00 every month but after 3 or more tries, an error keeps occuring telling me my account has already signed up on a similar offer which is impossible since i JUST JOINED spotify. Anyway, i tried signing up for the student spotify for only Php65.00 every month. I kinda got in but was required to validate via Sheer ID that i really was a student. But the whole process was too complicated for me so i just gave up on signing up. Now, a few days after my attempt, i noticed that the card i used was charge Php65.00 but my account was still NOT premium at all. How do i get a refund for that since my account is still not premium? And how do i make it into a premiuma account? I do nkt mind paying the Php129.00 amount just as long as my account becomes premium. Please help!

Hey @Alfaly! Thanks for coming to the community for help 🙂

I believe you should have received a receipt via email upon purchase, have you found anything like that? If you have, try logging in using the information in that email. If you've made the account through Facebook (the username will show as a 10-digit string), you must log in using Facebook.
