My Question or Issue

 I subscribed and are being charged monthly, but I don't see premium features for my account. I have searched for the last 4 hours, but can't find help. How do I get this resolved, or should I instruct my bank to handle the charge as fraud? I have not received any emails or receitps from Spotify since I started three months ago?
