Charged for two plans

Last month I have subscribed to Spotify premium with the individual plan, and yesterday I decided to change the plan to family subscription, and payed for the subscription using Ooredoo, the same payment method as last month , today I got charged for the individual plan from last month !!

Hello @Doni_draws!

 

Thanks for reaching out. When you upgrade to a different plan (Premium Family), your first payment for the new plan is a few days earlier than normal to make up for the new, higher monthly cost. After that, you pay once each month on (or near) the day of the first payment.
