Charged more than i should be

Okay, so i just availed the promo wherein you get spotify premium for Php 9.00 which is good for 3 months, then after i availed it, i went out to check my balance on an ATM, to my surprise i noticed i was deducted Php 76.00 which doesn't make sense since supposedly i should have only been deducted Php 10.00, Php 9.00 for the promo and Php 1.00 for the inquiry fee. Can anyone tell me why this happened, i would really appreciate your asnwers or perhaps opinions. Thank you!
