My bank statement is showing that I was charged to renew spotify premium for 9.99 and charged twice for the student discount of 4.99. I cannot get a number to call to verify that I will not be charged for all three charges and would like to ensure that this is not the case.
If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.
Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.

I have actually paid the payment for Spotify premium student's package.When ever i am logging in, it is showing that i am not eligible for premium account.I have uploaded my student ID for student package. Here it is again
