Charged twice in the same month

Charged twice in the same month

Anyone know how to contact Spotify I was charged twice in the same month once on the 10th, and once today on the 22. I enjoy Spotify premium but I will cancel if I can't get in contact with them.

Hey, @JJaxxson! That's not cool - let's do some troubleshooting so we can figure this out.

 

Firstly, please take a look at this support articles on duplicate charges. If this doesn't answer or solve your issue, please reply back and we can troubleshoot further. 🙂

that didn't help I just want the charge cleared I enjoy my premium account but not the double charging

In this case, I suggest you contact Spotify directly via this contact form so that the support team can take a look at your account. You may receive an automated reply asking you to check out the support forums again. Not to worry - just reply back (even if it's a noreply address). They should be back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

I am having the same issue with my Premium account. I am billed on the fourth of each month AND on the 26th of each month. I am hoping to get this cleared up soon.Thank you in advance.
