Charged twice

Charged twice

I've been charged twice this month.  Contacted Spotify and they just sent me a stock standard message saying they haven't and look at the reciepts section - well done.. of course I looked there first. 

 

I have contacted my credit card provider who have confirmed it's a double charge as well.

 

What can be done to remedy this?
