If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!

 Hi is there any chance  I can request a call please need to talk to someone regarding my account I have cancelled recently but will join again if we can sort payments out as it seems I have 2 accounts so I just want family 14.99 but you are also taking 9.99 a month. I don't know if this is because I have 2 accounts or something but could do with your help closing one down and just keeping family 

I got charged for something that should has been canceled a long time ago and would want a refund for it
