Charging problem

I was charged for two student discounts, even though my school wasn't found. So I decided to just do the normal Spotify payment and I wasn't charged for that at all. How do I cancel two payments?

I had a premium account and paid 5.99, moved to US and the fee changed

So like the title says, I moved to the US and the fee changed from 5.99 to 9.99 + taxes. Why the change? I'm afraid if this is permanent I'll have to cancel the account.
