Student Premium

I have had a Spotify account for a couple years and I got the student discount but a few months ago I decided to try Apple Music so I cancelled my Spotify premium. Now I would like to switch back to Spotify because I prefer it but when I try it get the student discount for premium it says that my student credentials are tied to another account. Does this mean I can’t get premium again?

It looks like you created a new account instead of using the one you had. We'd recommend logging into the one you had and subscribe to the student discount there. Here you can see how to find the account you had.
