I'm about to stop paying for this.

I'm about to stop paying for this.

I was a week late on my premium payment. But my BACK ON PREMIUM my out information SAYS PREMIUM. But I can't skip songs. Or go back. Or shuffle more than once. I don't get several premium benifits that I loved. I'm also very frustrated at how hard it's been to get this fixed.

In this case, could you check if you have any additional accounts you might be logging in to? You can find some useful tips on how to do it here.

 

Once you've checked you're using the right account, we suggest you reinstall the app and see if this helps.
