Payment issue

Payment issue

I recently paid for the family subscription on September 12,2017 but the website and app is saying i never paid. My card activity shows that the money has been taken off and the subscription was paid

Since this is a billing issue, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate this further for you.

 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if it’s from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
