Spotify has been charging me $10 a month since January 2018. It is now August I have sent in two forms contacting Spotify never heard back. I have contactedmy bank twice and nothing is being done. I have never gave Spotify my card information after switching my card twice im still being charged. Please explain. Im extremely tired of being charged for a account that’s not mine. My account have never even had the premium trial!!

Can you please check your email's junk/spam folder to make sure that there's no email from Support that might have landed in there?
