Superuser Contribution NUS broken?

Recently has to change payment and when it asks to reaffirm my NUS number it says something went wrong and won't finalise the card update method. Is there a way to fix this. The NUS is definitely in date, it doesn't run out until 2019.

Superuser Contribution Spotify not letting me use Paypal to pay for premium

When I get to the upgrade page to get premium the only payment methods shown are my credit/debit card and paysafecard. I used to pay for spotify with paypal but where is the option to use paypal? I would rather use my paypal to pay for spotify.
