Premium not working/unable to play music from desktop

Premium not working/unable to play music from desktop

I've had premium for several months now and all of a sudden I can't play any music on desktop, it just skips through all songs saying they're not available (they were yesterday), and on phone spotify seems to have reverted to the free version, only allowing to shuffle stuff.

 

Subscribtion extension is only due in another 2 weeks, so what's up?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
