Charging problem

Charging problem

I was charged for two student discounts, even though my school wasn't found. So I decided to just do the normal Spotify payment and I wasn't charged for that at all. How do I cancel two payments?

Have you received a payment confirmation email for all payments? Any payments that you haven't gotten a receipt for are only pending and should be canceled soon. If you check in a few days and still have extra charges, let me know and I will escalate this to a Spotify staff member!
