Charged twice

On the 27th of march i got charged £9.99 even though i signed up for the uni days discount and then on april 3rd i got charged £4.99. These are too close together to be for seperate months, i was wondering why i was charged both prices?

Bought 3 months but want to change plans...

I bought 3 months of premium, then the next day found out about the family plan amd I'd like to switch to that. Is there a way I can cancel the 3 mnths I payed for, or upgrade and use that money towards the family plan? Thanks for any help!
