I am trying the promo 129 for 3 months. It'll be my first time to use it and I think that made me eligible for the promo. Anyways, I reload 130 pesos to register but whenever I entered the pin in mobile payments, it'll say the prepaid is insufficient. What to do?

Right now, when you make purchases through your service provider with your balance, there's a 12%VAT. This means the final price for Spotify Premium service would be 144.48 pesos.

Try adding a bit more funds to your balance and subscribe one more time. It should work like a charm.
