Cobro doble de mi cuenta

Queria notificarles, que se me hizo un doble rebajo en mi cuenta bancaria de la suscripción premiun, que solución tienen para estos casos, gracias quedó al tanto de la respuesta.

Are you able to see the current status of both charges? If they both went through, reach out to us on Twitter with your account info.

If one of them showed as pending, the funds should have gotten back to you.
