My Question or Issue

So my problem is I’m trying to set up a college premium account but I entered my college and everything and couldn’t find me in the system apparently. I’m in Highschool but I’m also in college through a dual credit program so I get the same benefits as a college student. Someone please help.

Hey @Lightkid072, and welcome to the Community!

In order to be eligible for Premium for Students, you would need to be at least 18 years of age, and you would need a college email domain (.edu, etc). 

Could you send me a screenshot of what happens when you try to signup for Premium Student? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
