My Question or Issue

 Why am I receiving commercials when i'm on a family plan? It should be a premium plan right? 

This account got created today and added to the family plan. Could it be there is some sort of delay in it?

Can you please post a screenshot of an ad that you're seeing? Just as an example.

It's not a visual ad. Its an audio ad. So a visual representation of the ad is not possible.
It is an audio ad thats playing in the spotify web player, so i'm pretty sure its spotify related.

Can you use the Web Player in incognito mode to see if the same thing happens?
