Como cancelar una suscripción sino me deja iniciar sesión?

Me suscribí al plan premium con mi número de celular, hace 2 meses perdí mi celular y no pude recuperar mi número al adquirir uno nuevo, por ende ya no pude iniciar sesión en Spotify con mi cuenta premium, aún así me siguen descontando en mi tarjeta el monto mensual del plan. Por favor necesito una solución porque están cobrando por algo que NO estoy utilizando. Espero su pronta respuesta, gracias

Hey there!

 

Hope you don't mind us replying in English.

If you can ask anyone you know for your phone number (as from what I get from this post you do not know it by heart), you can use it to log in and create a Spotify password so that you can log in with an email address instead:
 

  1. Log in to your account page with the phone number.
  2. Click EDIT PROFILE and add an email address to your account.
  3. Use your email address to create a password.

In case you don't remember your password as well, you can reach out to our support folks with your payment details. They can look backstage to find the account and help you out 🙂
