Como entro em contato com vocês do Spotify?

Minha conta é associada com a vivo, por isso sou prêmio, mas quero remover isso.
Eu já entrei em contato com a vivo e eles disseram que já tá tudo ok, e já foi removido, mas na conta NÃO MUDOU NADA! HELPP

Hey there,

 

Welcome to the Community! We hope you don't mind a response in English since this is the official language of the forum.

 

If you've got a subscription via one of our partners and you're paying for it through your mobile provider, then in order to cancel it you'd have to get in touch with Vivo. If you've already done so and they've confirmed this, when the Premium time you've paid for expires, your account will revert to the free version of Spotify if you don't re-subscribe in the meantime.

 

From our end, we're unable to cancel such subscriptions, but our colleagues from the CS team can take a look behind the scenes and confirm if your account is still on Premium. You can reach out to them via one of the ways here.
