I am massively disappointed with the spotify service and I find it absolutely ridiculous that the only way to contact somebody is through tweeter which i do not use. Last month I spoke to somebody named Kevin B using a support chat (which seems unavailable now) in regards to being charged the full premium price even though i had a student subscription. He informed me that i needed to activate my student card again which i did and even after sending him  a screen shot saying that i will be charged £9.99 in july he reassured me that the system has just simply not been updated yet. Low and behold i was just charged £9.99 this month even though i re-subscribed my student card last month and he confirmed that it was all fixed. I want somebody adequate to fix this problem. I have the screenshots availabe but i will not upload them on this forum as my card details and suscription details are in view.
