Confusion with my payments

Hi,

I have been receiving emails and notifications saying that my sportily premium will run out if I do not pay by a certain date.

A few days ago I made three bank transactions towards Spotify paying more than what I should but my Spotify premium still got cancelled this morning

Any help?

Welcome to the forums!

 

I took a look at your screenshot and can confirm that they are 'pending' charges. These should be released back to you in a few day's by your bank.

 

Could you sign into your account and check your subscription status and get back to me.
