I am really frustrated - I've been paying for Premium for 2 or 3 years but can't get it.  I've followed the reset password process and no joy.  

 

Is there any way of contacting anyone at Spotify to get this resolved?

I would love to know the same because I am in the same boat, library and premium are gone after switching to new phone
