Country mismatch

Country mismatch

Hi,

I moved from Switzerland to live in Mexico couple of month ago and updated my bank details accordingly.

I can't subscribe to premium here (In mexico), I always get an error country mistmatch.

My Spotify account is in Mexico.

 

What to do?

Thanks for reaching out. If the country on the account matches, the most likely it's the payment method at fault. Check if the country of the method matches, try subscribing in an incognito window and try a different payment method if necessary.

None of the below informaI wanted to use Spotify Premium again, so I paid, but I kept getting a notification that the country and region didn't match. The country and region are the same, and I tried several methods to solve the problem, but it didn't work. How can I solve this problem?tion is required.
