Credit card/country problem

Hey!

So in my home country (Portugal) I had spotify premium, but when I moved to Italy 2 months ago I started the free spotify. 

Now I want premium again, but when I enter my credit card details (the same card I always used to pay), it says the card is from a country they haven't launched spotify yet, which is not true! "It looks like your card is from a non-spotify country".

I want to use my Portuguese credit card, but I live in Italy. 

Can someone help me with this?

Welcome to the Community.

For security reasons, the payment method that you are going to use, needs to match the country were you are currently located. This means that since you're currently living in Italy, you'd need an Italian payment method to activate your subscription.

Hey, thank you so much for the answer.

Anyway, I dont have an Italian payment method since I am in EU and I use my Portuguese card and bank account. Does it work if I have money transfered from my bank account to my paypal account? I already tried with my credit card through my bank account and it didnt work because it is Portuguese... so I dont see many options here.
