Credit card isn't work with spotify

My credit card, or my bank not allow to desposit to Spotify. What can I do about it?

Could you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing it? If it doesn't help, trying from an incognito window or a different browser would worth a shot.

I think my bank is the problem, or the type of my card. Because this card can be only use for web purchases.
