My Question or Issue

Me enviaron un mail con un ID falso para que hiciera una cuenta premium. Sin darme cuenta activรฉ esa Primo de 3 meses gratis con esa cuenta y ahora ni puedo disfrutar de los 3 meses, ni puedo beneficiarme de los 3 meses gratis.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

The 3 months offer is an intro promo for users who have not had Premium before. If you apply for it, but the email you received mentions a different username, it's possible that you have activated the offer on a different or secondary account by mistake.

 

In this case, we'd recommend logging out from the current account and logging back in, but using different credentials such as a different email, a Facebook profile, a Google/Apple account, or a phone number to see if the issue persists.

 

If the account doesn't show the Premium features after this, as we cannot access users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can look for the subscription and help you further.
